Playful martial arts sessions for children aged 3-5, with practice in listening, balance, coordination and taking turns. A positive introduction to learning in a group.
Kickstart
Family beginners 5+
A welcoming starting point for beginners aged 5 and over. Learn the basics, build confidence through practice and enjoy a shared activity with your family.
Ladies Only Kickboxing
Ages 16+
A dedicated Ladies Only class for ages 16+. Learn kickboxing skills, work on your fitness and grow in confidence in a supportive group. Beginners are welcome.
Adult Martial Arts
Ages 18+
Martial arts classes for adults aged 18+. Learn new skills, stay active and work towards personal goals with guidance from the Lordswood team.
