The Dojo, Lordswood Leisure Centre, North Dane Way, Chatham ME5 8YE. For ages 3 to 5, Little Ninjas has a free first class, plus a free uniform when they join.

Every programme starts with a free class. Beginners are welcome in all of them.
Ages 3 to 5
Little Ninjas
Playful sessions with practice in listening, balance, coordination and taking turns. A positive introduction to learning in a group.
Family beginners 5+
Kickstart
A welcoming starting point for beginners aged 5 and over. Learn the basics and enjoy a shared activity with your family.
Ages 16+
Ladies Only Kickboxing
Learn kickboxing skills, work on your fitness and grow in confidence in a supportive group. Beginners welcome.
Ages 18+
Adult Martial Arts
Learn new skills, stay active and work towards personal goals with guidance from the Lordswood team.
